Automatic Ham Press

With our ham press type IF 5200 you can produce high numbers of pieces.

After the insertion of the raw or cooking salt meat, the meat is pressed in form, and is pushed afterwards automatically by a stamp into the casing.

Whether round, oval or angular, with the ham press IF 5200 cooked ham, smoked products, poultry meat as well as whole muscles can be processed professionally.

The forms and the form stamp are replaceable in minute quickness, and can be adapted to the respective product.

In connection with the collagen foil device and a net, the meat and meat sections are quick and certainly packed.
