Shrink tunnel: In the shrink tunnel “STCW”, the sealed packages pass through hot water cascades in the tunnel which shrink the packages evenly from top and bottom. This procedure guarantees effective shrinking and a wrinkle-free appearance. The shrink tunnels can be 60 or 80 cm wide. WEBOMATIC also offers them as stand-alone units with their own monitor.

Dryer: After the shrink process the wet packages are conveyed into the drying tunnel “DU”. Two blower jets, controlled by photoelectric cells, rise and fall following the contours of the product and so gently blow off the water leaving your product dry and ready for labelling. The result: A perfect shrink-wrapped package. The dryers of course match the shrink tunnels in width (60 or 80 cm). They, too, can be stand-alone machines.

Conveyor belt: The conveyor belts “CB” can be installed at different points of the packaging line. A frequency inverter ensures smooth seamless transition from the other units. A reversed transport direction is also possible. The CB is not only can be manufactured in the width 60 and 80 cm, but also in various belt lengths (1.5 to 7 m; in 50 cm increments).

Turntables: The turntables “LS”are the perfect platform for gathering the finished packages at the end of the production. They are available with an open railing for dry packages or a closed railing for wet products. The latter is also very well fitted to support the dismembering works in the meat and fish industry.

Product depot: The product depots “PD” are an alternative gathering device at the end of the line. The belts match the width of the line and are manufactured in different lengths.
