As demonstrated by the growth in the United States, similar growth is projected in Australia, from $150m in 2019 to $1.4-$4.6b in 2030. Major retailers and foodservice providers currently import premium plant-based burger patties, sausages, and mince, but are seeking Australian production to replace.
