The Compactslicer is characterised by its compact design. You get a powerful, versatile machine with small footprint. With the Compactslicer you can cut sausages, bacon, cheese and meat. With a motor for each, the blade and the blade head, the cutting ratio can be adapted for each product individually. The touchscreen allows fast operation without extensive training of the operators.
